We aim to dispatch your order within two days of purchase. Orders received at weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed during the next working day.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, our customer service representative will notify you.

We despatch parcels using Hermes (Standard), DHL (Express). We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.

A signature may be required for orders. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no one available to sign for your parcel at your address, a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot. The delivery company will attempt to deliver up to three times before the parcel is returned to us.




The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 20%) for all deliveries. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods and the customer will be liable for these duties.

If you change your mind about our products purchased online you can return your order for any reason within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

We can only accept items returned to us in an unused condition and in original packaging, unless damaged or faulty. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable. Please ensure products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in original packaging as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in a perfect condition. 

 Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags attached and intact. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will replace them or refund in full (including the original delivery charge).

Please note that if items are not returned in a new and unused condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. These items will be securely returned to the customer.

If the requested exchange item is not in stock, you will be contacted by a representative and a suitable alternative will be offered or we can process a refund.

To return an item, please complete the returns form you received with your order and enclose it with your parcel. If you have not received a returns form please can you enclose a note with your order number, name and reason for sending the item back.


Please address your package to the address below and take it to the Post Office. We recommend you get a proof of postage. Harlequin FC cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Please keep hold of your receipt until we have confirmed your refund. All returns are processed within ten working days of receipt.

 For instore exchanges and refunds a receipt will be required, If this has been lost a bank statement showing the purchase will be accepted. 

We can only offer an exchange for purchases from at the Harlequins Store for items that are sold instore. We do not hold the full range of merchandise in stores and we may be unable to exchange the item.

A confirmation e-mail will be required for the exchange stating the payment methods.

This is not the returns slip which comes with the packaging.

Online purchases cannot be refunded instore, please follow the return by post process.

Please note, due to high volume of supporters on a matchday we advise you to return your order via post.
