DELIVERY AND DISPATCH POLICY
We aim to dispatch your order within two days of purchase. Orders received at weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed during the next working day.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, our customer service representative will notify you.
We despatch parcels using Hermes (Standard), DHL (Express) and DPD (Next Day). We will notify you by email when your order is despatched.
A signature may be required for orders. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at your address, a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot. The delivery company will attempt to deliver up to three times before the parcel is returned to us.
PRICES AND TAX
The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 20%) for all deliveries. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods and the customer will be liable for these duties.
